Escape the Bitter Wood

Escape the Bitter Wood is an RPG-styled solitaire card game where you have found yourself lost in a dark and snow covered woods, desperately trying to find a way to survive as the ever encroaching chill sets in. To make matters worse, you’re not alone…and the terrifying beings closing in all around you are anything but friendly. If the freezing cold doesn’t kill you, they will. You must gather up your fading wit, recover your failing strength and cling to your flickering hope lest you perish!

The game is still in development because there are a few things I'd like to add, though the basic rules have been codified. In the near future, I intend to upload a bunch optional rules that could make the game a bit more interesting. I already have them down on paper but I just need to digitize them. I'm also looking to make some minimalist styled art to add to the basic rule set in addition to just the text. Both of these additions would be included as additional documents that would be free to download with optional donation, same as the current version.
